My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved that they had balconies where you could relax. However, the shower was a letdown, probably the worst I've had in my last 10 holidays. The service was amazing, especially the front desk team and Simon who was the best, they were so friendly and skilled. The location was great, near the Metro and surrounded by bars and restaurants, yet the bright light creeping around the curtains was a bit disturbing for my jetlag. The dining options were plentiful and delicious, although the price may not always match the quality. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
